Location Note

JENNY STAY is located in semi-basement unit B02—accessible by descending stairs from the 1st floor entrance.

Bathroom Specifications

Please note the bathroom has a low ceiling (approximately 180 cm height) and a step at the entrance due to the building structure. We appreciate your understanding. No refunds available for this reason.

House Rules & Courtesy

When using stairs, please carry your luggage to minimize noise for neighbors

Keep voices low in shared spaces (stairs, building entrance) out of respect for neighbors

Avoid noise after 10 PM—excessive noise may result in immediate checkout

Remove shoes when entering the accommodation (Korean custom)

Separate garbage into general waste, recyclables, and food waste (see house manual)

All bedding and towels are freshly laundered and sanitized before each stay (minor wrinkles may remain from washing, but these are brand new items)

Safety & Security

Security cameras and smart door locks monitor entry; only registered guests are permitted

Absolutely no smoking (including e-cigarettes) or pets allowed

Smoke alarms will trigger if smoking rules are violated

Violation penalties include special cleaning fees (equivalent to 10 nights' accommodation)

Kitchen & Cooking

Strong-smelling dishes (meat, fish), fried foods, and heavy spices are not permitted to preserve comfort for future guests

Guest Responsibility

Do not flush toilet paper or foreign objects down the toilet; repairs will incur extra charges

Report lost items immediately—items left after cleaning may be disposed of

Stains, bloodstains, or damage to sofas, bedding, and rugs not removed by cleaning will incur replacement costs

JENNY STAY is not responsible for accidents due to guest negligence or loss/damage to valuables
