We have just got back from a week's stay at Rory's place in Seoul. The check in process was really smooth and the Airport Limousine stop (Metro station) was less than a minute away. The apartment had everything you needed - I really appreciated that the washing machine had a drying option as well! The neighbourhood was lively in the evenings with lots of locals eating and drinking after work which we really enjoyed experiencing. Although I would like to add that the apartment was so peaceful and quiet we slept really well there! The host was so helpful and responsive and made our stay so comfortable. We would 100% stay here again if we visit Seoul again in the future! Thank you so much for having us!

Amazing place, very well equipped and spacious. Loved everything about the property. It was one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. They had everything that’s needed, especially for female travellers- the walk in closet, Dyson to name a few. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back for a longer stay.

My sister and I stayed at Rory's apartment from September the 27th to October the 17th (2024), and it was the best apartment I could have ever chose. The location had the best view ever, and it was just right for two people. Nothing was missing and the attention to details was really heartwarming for two girls so far from their country! We loved every single moment shared in the house, that is basically at 1 minute away from 2 of the most used/turistically attractive subway lines. Rory was amazing: explained everything clearly, provided guides for everything in the house and even how to dispose of waste (that usually is a real nightmare if no one explain how it works). I would go there again even from tomorrow, and if I could I swear I would love to move in one of their apartment permanently! Absolutely amazing experience!

Very clear instructions. Very responsive host. The flat is perfectly laid out with bedroom, small lounge room, kitchen, bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Literally metres away from the subway ( one change from the airport). Place was clean and a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing.

This was supposed to be the more luxurious end to my holiday. Honestly, it didn't feel like it. Cons for me:
Some parts were filthy, especially the dish rack and the fridge. The host offered a cleaning for the next day, but by then I had already done it myself. Other vital parts like the bed and shower were clean, but in general the place could use a thorough dusting. The sofa is extremely lumpy, you are basically sitting on the boxsprings. The topper the host send over (at no additional cost, as he stressed) didn't do much. I didn't use the living room much because of that, which was a shame. Also: You can't flush the toilet paper which I didn't expect in a modern building.
Pros: Rory responded quickly, send a gift for Chuseok and there were nice amenities. Personally I would have preferred if instead the basics would have been better taken care of - and maybe one less message about penalty fees. I understand if hosts have to protect themselves, but it felt a bit negative in the end

The apartment is so well equipped, it has absolutely everything you could ever need. It's beautiful inside, I was actually happy it rained the first day of our trip giving us a great excuse to just stay in and just enjoy the space and the amazing views. I wish I could live here. Across the road is a bakery with the most amazing cakes. Yaksu station is literally round the corner and is pretty well connected to the other lines. In the evening there are a few places to eat and drink but it's much quieter than Myeongdong. Luggage storage is possible before check in but not after, we left our bags at the station lockers in Myeongdong on the outward journey. Rory was super helpful and a great host. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Absolutely wonderful five nights stay, beautiful apartment with all the amenities we needed and luxury high end fittings and products. Location felt really safe with fabulous on the door location for both Bus and the metro. Communication was almost instant … Would highly recommended a stay with Rory …

离地铁超近，地铁药水站7号口出来是最方便的。去仁川机场也超方便，过个马路就有6702。
公寓附近咖啡厅，面包房，超市都是步行即可到达，都在公寓300米左右。房东给我们留了很多咖啡和茶。有电梯，对游客搬运行李很合适。

I really felt at home in Rory's apartment and I would definitely come back if I were to have a longer stay in Seoul again. The apartment was impeccable and Rory was extremely responsive. It was also very convenient with the a metro stop connecting to two main lines only two minutes from the building. The apartment is very central and I felt like I could go anywhere easily but the area isn't overcrowded. The area has a market so there are lots of places to buy food and great cafes. I also loved the views of the city and Namsan Tower. There is so much to see and do near the apartment and the apartment itself was very comfortable.
