This is the most comfortable accommodation I've ever stayed in, and I want to come back again!! The atmosphere was really pretty and cozy, and above all, the room was really warm, so I slept well. I was so thankful that everything was prepared in detail, and I don't think there's a better place for three people to stay than here. Two beds for this price? It's crazy. It's close to Seongsu's downtown area, so it's perfect for shopping and enjoying everything. If I meet my friends in Seoul again, I'll stay here. Hehe, this is an accommodation that I really want to keep to myself... Heart

I stayed one night in Goyoin Seongsu with my friends. The accommodation was clean and cozy, and since it was a single-family house, there was no noise and we could talk comfortably and stay there! There were a lot of towels, and dishes, kitchenware, wet tissues, etc. were all provided, so it was comfortable! The location was also good, so I was able to travel around Seongsu with ease! In particular, the owner was very kind. I accidentally left my glasses at the accommodation, but the owner contacted me right away and sent them to me by courier, which touched me. I think this kind of consideration made it an even more special memory! I will visit again next time ?

This is one of the rare aesthetic accommodations that are hard to find in Seoul. Seoul Forest and the Han River are both so close!
And even when I arrived early in the morning, the streets were well-lit so it wasn't scary, and finding the place was so easy just as you explained! The cleaning is neat and tidy, the bathroom is clean, and it smells great!
There's a table in the living room, so it's perfect for having late-night snacks in the evening!! The owner was very considerate and so kind that I'd like to visit again when I come to Seoul. I highly recommend it!!

First of all, it is not a house with separate rooms
It is a very old house
In a straight house, if you open the entrance, you will see the kitchen. If you open the kitchen door, you will see the living room, the next small room, and the next large room
To go to the bathroom in a large room, you have to go through the small room, living room, and kitchen
I don't think it would be possible to stay with one family or same-sex friends because there is no privacy
I was very embarrassed as soon as I opened the door^^;;
It's a very old house that was recently built, so it's clean overall
Since it was an old house, I was worried that there might be bugs, but they didn't come out
And the bathroom is very, very small
I think it would be difficult for someone tall or tall to shower
However, the wallpaper, home appliances, and furniture were all new and clean
The bedding is also clean
It's very close to the Han River and a bit far from the Seoul Forest
It's close to the nearby convenience store and super public parking lot
I think the distance from Seongsu Main Road is 10 minutes
Because it was a straight house, the whole house was cool with a single wall-mounted air conditioner
It was a house that showed the host's efforts to keep the old house clean^^;

We didn't use the kitchen or cooking tools, but the place is well-equipped enough that you can cook without ordering food. It's a bit away from the busy areas, so it was very quiet, and the Han River is also close by. If you want to visit the Han River and rest peacefully, I truly believe this is the best choice without a doubt. It's hot these days, but when the weather cools down in autumn, it would be nice to use Ddareung bikes to visit Seoul Forest or the Han River. Most importantly, the owner is very generous and responsive to messages, so we were able to have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The shampoo and conditioner seem to be high quality, so my hair didn't get damaged, which was great. At other places, the quality was poor and my hair got damaged, but this aspect was really excellent here. I'm 200% willing to visit again, and I'd love to come back if I get the chance next time!!

First of all, the host is very friendly and the accommodation is great value for money!! It's very close to the Han River, so it's great for a walk at night, and there's a large supermarket nearby, so it's great to buy necessary supplies and snacks. There's even a hair dryer and a steam iron, so I put them to good use! What was best of all was the washing machine and dryer!! Since it wasn't a consecutive stay, there wasn't much laundry to do, but there was laundry that needed to be done urgently, and it was great to be able to do it right away. The accommodation was neat and clean overall! It was a really happy night as it had everything I needed and other details to make my stay pleasant, such as an additional smart TV and Marshall speaker :)

Min Hyoung's accommodation was clean and exactly as shown in the photos.
You quickly resolved any minor issues, which made my stay very comfortable.
If I have plans to visit again in the future, I would definitely return with 100% certainty.

The interior was neatly organized, and although I didn't stay long due to enjoying outdoor activities, there was a separate space to watch TV, and it was convenient with capsule coffee and plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable and clean. The location was also great for enjoying various spots in Seongsu on foot :)

It may look like an old house on the outside, but it's well-organized and clean, so it was incredibly comfortable.
