Although the place looked exactly like the photos shown, it reeked of sewers. Both two bedrooms by the entrance reeked as well because the smell kept coming in. The half bath inside the unit behind the kitchen was not usable because the sewage smell was even worse. I had to keep its door closed the entire stay. The sheets were not cleaned thoroughly. I saw stains and washed it myself using the washing machine in the unit, and found that the stains almost went away. In the process I found bloodstain in the comforter insert. I found hair that didn’t belong to me between the sheets in another bed. An adhesive strip from the wall in the dining area holding the wires in place had fallen off on the floor and I could see dead cockroaches stuck to it. I’m not sure why no one bothered to stick it back on and hide it, it was gross and I didn’t want to go to that side of the table. I got too paranoid after finding all this but I could deal with it after I washed the sheets myself (the washing machine was awesome). It wasn’t horrible, but everything felt dirty and I just couldn’t trust their claim that the unit goes through thorough sterilization and cleaning. 자가격리를 해야 할 때 방문해서 일부러 면적도 넓고 좋아보이는 곳으로 선택했는데 막상 들어오니까 후회되더라구요. 사진 대로 정확한 건 맞구요. 청결을 제외하면 괜찮은 곳이었어요. 일단 하수구 냄새가 올라오는게 너무 심했어요. 출입구에 붙어있는 침실 둘 다 화장실에서 올라오는지 냄새가 밀려와서 불쾌했구요. 침대시트에 얼룩이 져 있어서 빨래를 세탁기로 직접 해 봤더니 얼룩이 사라졌어요.부엌 뒤에 있는 침대에는 시트 사이에 제것이 아닌 머리카락이 상당수 떨어져있었구요, 먼지도 너무 많이 묻어있었습니다. 그래서 세탁을 직접 했는데 보니 시트 속에 들어가있는 침구에 핏자국도 발견했습니다. 너무 찝찝했구요 그나마 침구를 직접 세탁을 다 한 후 조금 마음을 놓을 수 있었습니다. 실내에 있는 화장실엔 냄새가 너무 심해서 아예 문을 닫아놔야했구요 사용이 불가능했습니다. 거실에 식탁이 있는 부분에는 전선을 벽에 붙여놓는 몰딩이 벽에서 떨어져 있었는데 거기에 바퀴벌레 시체가 덕지덕지 붙어있어서 그쪽에는 가지도 못했어요. 방역에 청소와 소독을 깨끗이 한다는 말 때문에 선택한건데 그건 전혀 아닌거같습니다. 보면 괜찮은거같은데 막상 가까이 다가가면 먼지, 얼룩 등등 되게 찝찝한 곳이었어요

대학생 딸과 해외에서 입국하여 자가격리에 사용했는데, 만족도 최고입니다. 호스트님 정말 친절하게 모든 질문에 답해주시고, 입주 전 미리 상세 안내해주시고. 위치 최적, 아파트 내부와 주방 시설 쾌적하고, 침대 편안하고, 침구들, 샴푸 린스 비누들 모두 취향에 맞는 제품들이었습니다. 큰 소음 없이 하루 종일 보낼 수 있었고, 안전함 느낄 수 있었고, 넓은 테라스가 너무 좋았습니다. 다시 한국에 오면 찾고 싶은 장소입니다. 딸은 이 집을 세내서 살고 싶다 할 정도로 맘에 들어한 집입니다. 다시 한번 호스트님께 감사드립니다.
