I contacted them because the window did not lock and did not close all the way. Fortunately, they came quickly and fixed it, but I'm embarrassed that the facility wasn't inspected in advance. The bathroom had a lot of mold and the shower filter was yellow. It seems that the bedding cannot be washed. When I pulled up the blanket, there were cookie crumbs, hair, and dust on the bed sheets. Did they only clean the visible areas? I don't think there was even a bed rug. There is only a thin mattress sheet. The house is so drafty that it’s cold even with the boiler on. If you want to use it in winter, you must wear warm clothes even indoors. The location is very hilly... I don't think there's any place to park. Overall, satisfaction is very low compared to the amount used.

This property is great value for money and boasts a great location in Seoul. The non-face-to-face check-in system is convenient, and many users highly rated the accommodation's satisfaction level. It is generally regarded as excellent accommodation, except for the uphill climb and the absence of parking.
