It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Yongsan Station and there is a convenience store 5 minutes nearby. There are beds and air conditioning in each of the three rooms, so you can sleep coolly even when the door is closed. The living room also has air conditioning! And I didn't see it because I was playing, but the TV screen is big, so I think it would be nice to gather in the living room and eat something together. They also have a variety of board games available. Did I play Lumicube?
And it was convenient as it was equipped with various other items. Women can stay comfortably as long as they bring cosmetics, curling irons, toothbrushes, and pajamas for their own use. Since it is a single-family home, the advantage is that you can play until dawn without worrying about noise between floors! I had another question, so I contacted you and you got a reply right away, which was great.

The host is really friendly. The inside of the accommodation was also clean, so I could see that it was being maintained cleanly. It is conveniently located close to major tourist attractions such as Jongno, museums, Dongdaemun, and Hangang Park. The neighborhood has the retro sensibility of Yongnidan-gil, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. There is a store nearby where you can drink beer while watching the railroad crossing.
The accommodation was not small enough for multiple people, was spacious enough, and had a convenient kitchen. The room was kept clean, and props and items with the owner's delicate sensibility were beautifully placed, creating a cozy atmosphere.
The hot water came out well and the air conditioning was good, so I was able to spend the summer refreshed.
The owner responded quickly and helped us stay friendly and comfortable.
It's emotional and comfortable at a relatively low price, and it's a really nice accommodation in a great location for sightseeing in Seoul.
