As the accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, it provides a comfortable rest, so please stay quiet from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. for your neighbors.

✔ Self-check-in allows you to check-in conveniently even late at night.
✔ Only reservations are allowed, and visitors or unauthorized additions are not allowed.
✔ The entire accommodation is non-smoking (including e-cigarettes)
✔ Parties and events are not allowed.
