Thank you very much for visiting our accommodation. Our accommodation is located in a multi-family house, where real neighbors live together. We ask that you be aware of and comply with the following matters out of consideration for each other.


1. Loud noise understanding time: From 10pm, please be careful of noise to help your neighbors relax. I believe that loud voices and music will give way for a moment for the quiet night in Seongsu-dong.


2. Clean environment: Indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are strictly prohibited in accordance with building contract terms and for the next guest. In case of violation, a special cleaning fee will be charged and immediate removal will be taken


3. Parking information: Parking is not possible at our accommodation at all times. Please understand that this is due to the lease agreement and building management regulations

So, let me introduce you to the public parking lot near the accommodation

1. Ttukdo Market public parking lot on the street (value: 3,000 won per hour)

2. Public parking lot in front of Exit 3 of Seongsu Station (value: 3,000 won per hour)
