Accommodation Rules
Check-out Time: Please check out by 11:00 AM.
Bedding and Towel Management: Please be careful not to stain bed sheets, bedding, and towels.
Reporting Damages: If you break or damage anything, please be sure to inform us and prepare for replacement or repair.
External Visitors: No external visitors or additional guests are allowed without prior approval.
Removing Shoes: Please remove your shoes before entering the accommodation and use indoor slippers.
Inquiries: If you have any questions, please contact the number on the business card.
Facilities and Safety
Smoking and Prohibited Items: Our accommodation is non-smoking. Use of candles and firecrackers is also prohibited.
Pet Prohibition: Pets are not allowed.
Kitchen and Waste Disposal
Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors. After cooking, please open the windows for ventilation and clean the used dishes thoroughly.
Please separate and dispose of trash. There are general and recyclable trash cans in front of the bathroom. Place food waste in yellow food waste bags and put them in the sink.
Do not dispose of food in the toilet. (Repair costs may be charged if damaged by foreign substances.)
Neighbor Consideration
Please be mindful of noise after 10 PM for neighbors' rest.
Parking Guide
Parking is not available in the building, so please use public transportation.
※ If smoking or noise issues are detected, you may be asked to leave or a special cleaning fee of 200,000 won will be charged for smoking.

Large marts and hospitals are located nearby, making it a suitable living environment.
