Located just a 10-minute walk from Hongdae Station (in the charming alleyways of Yeonnam),
the space has a vintage feel with handmade furniture and an traditional house vibe.
You can start and end your day listening to music on the LP player, surrounded by houseplants and
the soft light coming through the windows. The charm of this old house will make you fall in love.

-Located on the 3rd floor with plenty of natural light and high ceilings.
-Recommended for stroll in Yeontral Park and visits to local restaurants.

-This is a legally registered accommodation with Mapo District Office.

-Commercial photo or video shoots are not permitted.
-The space cannot be used for parties or events.
-Please keep noise levels down after 9 PM as the property is in a residential area.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and within 10 meters of the house.
-BBQs, grilling fish, or any cooking that produces strong odors is not allowed.
-Please make sure to separate your trash for recycling.
-Parking is not available. Please use a nearby public parking lot.

Saya dan teman saya sangat menikmati menginap di Comfy Leafy. Kylie sangat baik merekomendasikan tempat-tempat di sekitar lingkungan. Rumahnya berada di lingkungan yang bagus dan mudah untuk berkeliling dengan berjalan kaki atau taksi. Rumahnya sendiri sangat menggemaskan dan merupakan tempat yang nyaman untuk bersantai.
