It is located 4 minutes walk from Nakseongdae Station and 10 minutes walk from Sharosu-gil, providing good access to restaurants and entertainment. It's in the center and it's a good place for many people to stay.
In addition, it is adjacent to the promenade leading to Gwanaksan Mountain, so the air is clear and there are large windows in all rooms, so you can fully enjoy the breeze while you stay.

♥ ️ Neighbors around the accommodation
I am using the second floor of the entire three-story building alone. The first floor is a shopping mall, so you are free from noise complaints. The third floor is occupied by the landlord's generation. We share the stairs with our accommodation, so don't be surprised if there's often a sign outside the front door.

?TV / OTT service
It offers a 40-inch smart TV. YouTube, Netflix, Wave, TVing, Watcha, Disney Plus, and Coupang Play are connected. The OTT service is used by logging in with the guest's ID.
**Please note that regular cable TV is not available.
Washing
There is a washenjoy coin laundromat on the first floor. If you need laundry during your stay, please use the laundromat on the 1st floor.

There is no parking space because the nearby public parking lot is currently under construction. I recommend using public transportation. Our accommodation is 4 minutes away from Nakseongdae Station Exit 5.

The air conditioner is not installed in the small room.
Guests who have already experienced Modestay accommodation say that the living room air conditioner is enough, but we notify you in advance because there may be individual differences.
▷Tip.
If you have more than 3 reservations, ask for a topper. If a small room without air conditioning is hot, you can sleep comfortably in the space you want regardless of the living room or the large room.

Sayang sekali tidak bisa melihat akomodasi terlebih dahulu sebelum memesan.
Mereka datang ke Korea dengan harapan besar tentang Korea, tetapi akomodasinya lembap dan mereka tidak bisa membuka jendela.
Ada sedikit tanjakan dari stasiun ke akomodasi! Tapi ada minimarket di dekatnya, jadi bagus.
Namun, anginnya agak kencang sehingga terasa dingin..! Jika Anda mudah kedinginan, saya sarankan untuk membawa pakaian tambahan.
Dan akan lebih baik jika Anda menyediakan selimut di sofa! Selain itu, semuanya sangat bagus. Selamat Tahun Baru!

Suasana Natal membuat kami merasa lebih hangat, nyaman, dan menyenangkan selama menginap.
Semuanya sudah diatur dengan baik sehingga tidak ada yang perlu dihubungi lagi dan tidak ada yang kurang.
Handuknya agak kurang, tapi tetap saja kami menggunakannya dengan baik! Ada dua kamar tidur yang terbuka, jadi kami tidur siang di sini dan tidur malam di sana ㅎㅎ Sangat menyenangkan. Terutama rumah yang sebenarnya! Saya ingin tinggal seperti ini jika saya memilikinya, jadi sangat nyaman, hangat, dan saya ingin datang lagi. Jaraknya hanya 1 menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun, dan di dekatnya ada Jjangga Bunsik, Kimmari-nya sangat enak, lebih enak dari ayam!
Akomodasi yang sangat memuaskan. Sangat bersih, dan lampu-lampu di setiap sudut akomodasi juga cantik dan lucu. Lokasinya dekat stasiun, dan banyak minimarket serta restoran enak di sekitarnya. Peralatan makan dan sendok garpu juga tersedia dalam berbagai jenis, jadi tidak perlu khawatir. Tekanan air di kamar mandi dan seprai di kamar tidur semuanya sangat baik?
