✓ Quiet Hours - This is a residential neighborhood. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. (Noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund)

✓ Security - CCTV cameras monitor the exterior entrance only. No cameras inside the accommodation.

✓ Occupancy - Only registered guests are permitted. Additional visitors are not allowed.

✓ No Parties - Party activities and party supplies are prohibited.

✓ No Smoking - All smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly forbidden indoors. (Violation will result in a ₩100,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction)

✓ Remove Shoes Indoors - Please remove your shoes inside. Indoor slippers are provided.

✓ No Pets - Animals are not permitted.

✓ Cooking Guidelines - Light cooking is welcome, but strong-smelling dishes (fish, BBQ, etc.) are not permitted.

✓ Checkout Responsibilities - Please separate trash (general waste, paper, plastic/bottles/cans, food waste) and wash dishes before departure.

✓ Bathroom Etiquette - Dispose of wet wipes and feminine hygiene products in the designated bathroom trash bin.

✓ Damage Liability - Guests are responsible for any damage to accommodation items.

✓ Laundry Disclaimer - The host is not responsible for damage to luxury items, silk, or technical fabrics from washer/dryer use.

✓ Parking - Street parking is not available. Please use the "Moduui Parking" app for nearby parking solutions.
