It's a very pleasant place to stay, the metro is close by to go to downtown Seoul. The price is good and it's very comfortable, I highly recommend it.
The laundry facilities were available and it was very comfortable.
Location is great. Strategic. 10min walk to bus stop, 17 min to Wangshimni station. The problem is, the room is very small, there is just one bed and a table, no room for anything else, I had to store my luggage under the table, not even enough room to open the suitcase. Other than that, the unit is clean and has a good laundry machine. The shared shower is really small (steep climb to get into), and the water pressure is not enough so you have to hold the shower head with hands to let water fall to your body. But for the price, you have everything you need. Just don't expect it to be comfortable. Just remember that you cannot use the kitchen-ware and stove, so no cooking or using bowls/glass. Again, if you just need the place to sleep, the price is great.
