Accommodation Introduction ◉ 2Room/4Bed/1Bath/Large Accommodation (Up to 8 people) ◉ We use Hotel Goose Bedding, and provide clean bedding that is sterilized and washed every time. ◉ It is a clean space where the host directly manages the cleaning. ◉ It is a safe accommodation that undergoes regular disinfection by a professional company every month. ◉ Our accommodation is a cozy and clean space where you can use the entire floor as your own. ◉ You can enjoy a wonderful view of Namsan Tower at a glance from the rooftop. ◉ We require ventilation for more than 3 hours during each cleaning time. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ? Other - Washing machine/clothes dryer (available for 3 nights or more) - Air conditioning throughout the accommodation Other precautions ? Check-in 4 PM / Check-out 11 AM ? Standard occupancy - Standard 4 people / Maximum 8 people - An additional cost of 20,000 won per person (per night) will be incurred for additional people. ? Pets are not allowed. ? No smoking indoors (If you are caught smoking or the alarm is activated, you will be forced to leave & a damage fee of 200,000 won will be charged.) ? This house is in a quiet residential area. I stayed here for 3 nights with a friend, and it was truly comfortable.
I was a bit worried about check-in since we arrived late at night, but the host's instructions were very detailed and easy to understand, so check-in went smoothly without any issues.
The room was exactly as shown in the photos and very clean. The bedding in particular was clean and fluffy, making it very comfortable to sleep. The kitchen and bathroom were also well-maintained, and everything we needed was provided, so we didn't experience any inconvenience.
It was also very convenient to be able to use the washing machine and dryer during our stay. I think this is a perfect accommodation not only for long-term stays but also for family trips.
There are many cafes and restaurants with a nice atmosphere in the surrounding area, and it was enjoyable to explore. The bus stop is also nearby, making it convenient for getting around Seoul.
Most importantly, the host was very kind and responded quickly, so we felt at ease throughout our entire stay. Both my friend and I were very satisfied, and it was such a wonderful place that we'd like to visit again with our family next time. If we have the opportunity to come to Seoul again, we would definitely like to use this accommodation.

We had a really good stay here and loved it. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It made our trip easy and gave us a nice place to come back to after being out all day. The host was helpful and everything went smooth. Definitely appreciate the stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.
Great accommodation - great area. Incredibly clean accommodation, gives you the feeling of "being at home". Check-in/check-out - easy and uncomplicated.

Only minor issue - The sink wasn't clogged, but the water drained very slowly. Otherwise, I would recommend the accommodation to everyone, would book there again and again.
Seori's place is a hidden gem tucked in Haebangchon, where there are many restaurants, cafes and convenient stores nearby. It is also near the airport bus stop which was really convenient. The place looked exactly like in the pictures, rooms are very clean and it really felt like our home away from home. It even had welcome snacks and souvenirs which was a really sweet gesture. Overall, we had a pleasant stay as a group of five friends. Thank you so much for accommodating us, Seori! :)
