It is close to Ilwon Food Alley and Samsung Seoul Hospital, and the beautiful Daecheong Park, Maru Park, Eco Park, and Yangjae Stream are nearby, making them great for a walk. ▷ A great value-for-money semi-basement 3-room in the heart of Gangnam's residential area ▷ Basic 4 people (maximum 6 people) ▷ An additional 20,000 won per person per night will be charged for each additional person. ♣ Check-in/Check-out ▷ Check-in at 3 PM, check-out at 11 AM ▷ Please observe the check-in/check-out times. ▷ Check-in instructions will be sent to you via message on the morning of the day of check-in (non-face-to-face). ▷ Please let us know in advance for early check-in/late check-out. (Additional cost○) ♣Items provided in the accommodation ▷Entrance: Fire extinguisher, slippers ▷Kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, 2-burner induction, various tableware (mugs for 6 people, wine glasses, beer glasses, spoon sets, plates), basic cooking utensils (cutting board, knife, ladle, scissors, turner, tongs, etc.), dishcloth, kitchen towel, sanitary plastic, food waste bag, vacuum food waste bin, recycling bin ▷Living room: 2-person sofa bed, smart TV, stand air conditioner, mood lighting, table ▷Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom): 1 queen bed, dressing table, air conditioner, mood lighting, 2-person table, chair ▷Bedroom 2: 1 single bed, mood lighting, full-length mirror, drawer ▷Bedroom 3: Clothes hanger, full-length mirror, mood lighting, mattress ▷Bathroom: Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toilet paper (please dispose of only in the toilet), hair dryer, Trash can, drying rack and washing machine for women's hygiene products (available only to long-term guests)

Additional charges may apply for persistent stains. ▶No dyeing allowed inside the accommodation. ▶People who have not been agreed upon in advance will be subject to forced eviction, and no refunds will be issued. (Simple visits are not allowed, and additional charges may apply for additional people.) ▶Cooking of food with a lot of smoke or smell is prohibited inside the accommodation. (Meat, fish, fermented soybean paste, fermented skate, etc. are prohibited.) ▶If smoking is found, a special cleaning fee of 200,000 won and the cost of the accommodation for the next day will be charged. ▶Please understand that all furniture and props in the accommodation may be subject to compensation if damaged. ▶In the case of complaints due to loud noise in a quiet residential area, immediate eviction will be taken, and there will be no refunds, so please refrain from making loud noises. ▶Do not send packages to the accommodation. We are not responsible for loss. ▶Please note that CCTV is installed at the outside entrance of the accommodation for guest safety and occupancy checks.
