The Park Stay

This accommodation boasts a spacious living room and a unique single-family house design, allowing multiple guests to stay comfortably. Located just a 3-minute walk from Cheonho Station, it is in a prime location with easy access to transportation.

The property features a first-floor standalone house with relatively low noise from neighbors and easy movement, offering a comfortable and distinctive experience that is hard to find elsewhere.

It can accommodate up to 6 guests, making it suitable for group visits.

Opened in June 2025, we are currently offering a special discount to celebrate the opening. If you have any suggestions for improvements or notice any shortcomings, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your feedback.

The property is just a 3-minute walk from Cheonho Station on Subway Lines 5 and 8, providing convenient access to popular destinations such as Jamsil, Gangnam, and Konkuk University Entrance.

Within a 5-minute walk, there are various amenities including convenience stores, cafes, Cheonho Rodeo Street, and Hyundai Department Store.

The entire accommodation is available regardless of the number of guests booked.

In Bedroom 1, there is a queen bed, a super single bed, air conditioning, and lighting.

In Bedroom 2, there is a queen bed, air conditioning, lighting, and a wardrobe for hanging clothes.

An extra set of bedding is provided.

The sofa is extendable and can be used as an additional bed for extra guests.

Although it is a standalone house, there are residential houses nearby. Please refrain from loud noises after 10 PM to respect neighbors. Noise complaints may result in eviction.

Pets are not allowed. (If discovered, guests may be asked to leave.)

No additional guests beyond the reservation are permitted without prior notice and additional payment.

Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) inside the property is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a 100,000 KRW fine and may lead to eviction.

Dyeing and oil use are not allowed in the bathroom.
