The accommodation features 2 bedrooms, a living room combined with a dining kitchen, a bathroom, and a veranda~
This is a non-party accommodation. Only guests who will use it quietly are welcome~
As shown in the photos, various electronic appliances are available.
Each bedroom has an air conditioner installed, and the veranda has a washing machine and dryer, as well as a space for sorting recyclables.
● The washing machine and dryer cannot be used between 9 PM and 7 AM.
The inner veranda is a space for staff use only.
Hair dryers, hair straighteners, and towels are provided~
On the first day, we provide complimentary bottled water (500ml, 1 per person) and disposable items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and foam cleansing (1 per person) according to the number of guests. ^^
You can watch Netflix and other content on the beam projector using your personal account.
Since this is a residential area, please be mindful not to cause noise disturbances to other residents in the building.
● Parties are not allowed. You must keep quiet during dark hours.
Frequent entries and exits for smoking purposes until late night hours / drinking / parties are not compatible with the operation of this accommodation.
Additionally, smoking is not permitted inside the building.
Please refrain from cooking strongly-scented foods such as meat or fish at the accommodation. We ask for your consideration so that future guests can use the space comfortably.
Parking is double-parked, so prior coordination is required, and trucks are not allowed. There are public parking lots along the way from the station to the accommodation, so you're welcome to use them for a fee.
* You must remove outdoor shoes inside the accommodation.
* For 2-person bookings, bedding is only available in the master bedroom.
* Parking is double-parked. If you go out for an extended period, the car in front may call asking you to move, so please use the nearby public parking lot.
* Indoor smoking is absolutely not permitted.
* Parties are not allowed. During dark hours, you must keep quiet ^^
* Please properly sort recyclables and separate trash.

It was kind, clean, and comfortable.
The villa is a bit older, but you can tell that Ssuny took great care of it (plenty of towels, tissues, bottled water ?), and it reminded me of my mom's old place~ It's not far from the subway, and there are nearby marts, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants, so it was convenient to pick up things when traveling and coming back late.
The accommodation was clean and it was convenient to move around the Sillim area on foot! It was great for 5 people to use comfortably. Thank you for always responding quickly and kindly as a host^^
It's a comfortable place to rest.
The way to the subway station is convenient too.

This accommodation offers good value for money. However, the location can be confusing at first. On the positive side, the unit comes with a laundry machine and dryer, which is quite convenient. The location is excellent for nearby restaurants and close to Kangnam.
