House rules

No parking in the building. CCTV is installed at the outside entrance for the safety of guests. There are neighbors who live on the same floor and the floor above, taking a rest after work, so please be quiet. If there is a complaint about noise and loud noise after 9 PM, you may be forced to leave or the police may be dispatched. Please take off your shoes indoors. Please use indoor slippers. Pets are not allowed, and if caught, you will be asked to leave and be charged for laundry and cleaning. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation. If you are caught smoking, you may be charged 100,000 won for indoor cleaning and restoration. Compensation costs may be charged for stains that cannot be removed even after washing. Please refrain from entering for people other than those in the reservation. Please note that bedding is prepared according to the number of people in the reservation. When going out, be sure to turn off the air conditioner and power.

Daon House Bomun Station/Seongshin Women's University Station/Korea University Hospital

Daon House 'Daon' is a pure Korean word meaning 'all good things come'. We hope that everyone who travels to new and unfamiliar places will be filled with positive energy and happiness. Our accommodation has two rooms with two queen-sized beds, a kitchen/living room, and one bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is a quiet residential area, but you can walk to Sungshin Women's University and Korea University, and you can walk and jog along Seongbukcheon Stream, and there are cute cafes and restaurants, so it is a place where young people are active. It is located within 10 minutes from Bomun Station (Line 6) and 10 minutes on foot from Sungshin Women's University Station (Line 4). It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes from Incheon Airport Terminal 1 Station to Bomun Station, and 1 hour and 45 minutes to Sungshin Women's University Entrance (Airport Bus 6011). There is a 24-hour convenience store, cafe, bakery, and various restaurants within 5 minutes of the accommodation, which is convenient. It is easy to visit Hongdae, DDP, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Itaewon, etc. by subway lines 6 and 4.
