The accommodation is not responsible for loss or damage to items due to carelessness. - Please use bathroom slippers only in the bathroom and indoor slippers only in indoor spaces. - Please refer to the manual provided at the accommodation for the use of various facility items and garbage disposal. - When checking in, the thermostat is turned on in 'indoor mode'. You can adjust the temperature with the arrow buttons without pressing any other buttons. In indoor mode, you can use hot water without any separate operation. - Simple cooking is possible in the kitchen. Please refrain from cooking food that produces a lot of smoke and smell, such as grilled meat/fish. - Be sure to turn on the hood when cooking and turn it off after cooking. ♧ Check-in, check-out - Please be sure to observe the check-in and check-out times. Please wash the dishes, dispose of food waste, and separate recycling when checking out. ♧ Important notice!! - Smoking is prohibited in the comfortable resting room. Smoking will result in a special cleaning fee, not a professional cleaning fee. - Please do not throw food, oil, wet tissues, sanitary products, etc. into the toilet bowl or drain. If the toilet is clogged with substances other than toilet paper, a plumbing work fee of 200,000원 will be charged. - Additional unauthorized persons other than the number of people reserved are prohibited from visiting, and an additional person fee will be charged. - For a pleasant environment, pets are not allowed in the room. - Since this is a residential area, please refrain from making noise after 9:00 PM.
