House rules

Here are the house rules: 1. No pets allowed. 2. Smoking, electronic cigarettes, and vaping are all prohibited indoors. (The entire building is non-smoking.) ※ Special cleaning fees may be charged for violations. 3. Noise is prohibited from 9 PM to 8 AM. Parties are prohibited, but small events that are not too noisy are permitted. ※ However, please note that you may be forced to leave without a refund if there are complaints from residents. 4. Commercial photography/video recording is not permitted. 5. Please take off your shoes indoors. Please do this to maintain the cleanliness of the house! 6. Please refrain from eating on the bed. If the blanket or mat is contaminated, a deep cleaning fee or replacement fee may be charged. 7. Please ensure sufficient ventilation when cooking, and strong-smelling foods such as grilling fish/meat or barbecue cooking are restricted for the sake of the next guests. 8. Unauthorized accommodations other than the number of people reserved are not permitted, and advance consultation is required if there are additional people. ※ Additional fees will be charged for additional people.
