The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. ✅ Convenience stores and laundromats are available within a 3-minute walk. ✅ You can get to major tourist attractions in Seoul such as Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Hongdae, Itaewon, and Yeouido within 20-30 minutes. ✅ It is regularly managed by a disinfection company every month, and the blankets and pillows are disinfected and washed with new ones every time. ✅ Guest space/facilities - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed, air conditioning, - Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size topper, table, 4 chairs, smart TV * Up to 2 people can use 1 queen-size bed, and a topper is provided for 3 or more people * TV: You can watch YouTube, Netflix, etc. with a 43-inch monitor if you have an account - Kitchen: Use basic cooking utensils, induction, microwave, coffee pot, Illy coffee machine - Bathroom: Shampoo, treatment, body wash, hair dryer, curling iron provided ✅ Parking is not available. Please use a nearby public parking lot. ✅ Notes 1. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. No parties or noise after 10 PM. If any complaints are made, you must check out without a refund. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. If caught smoking, a fine of 200,000 won will be imposed. 3. Please throw away general waste, recyclable waste, and food waste and wash the dishes before checking out.
