Moderate: Full refund (including fees) if canceled up to 5 days before check-in

If a guest cancels the reservation up to 5 days before check-in, they can receive a full refund including fees.
If the guest cancels the reservation at least 7 days but within 29 days before the check-in date, and the free cancellation period (24 hours) has already passed, 50% of the accommodation fee will be paid to the host. The service fee for that portion will be deducted from the amount paid to the host when refunded.
If they cancel after that, the host will receive the full payment for the nights already stayed plus one night, and 50% of the payment for the remaining nights.

Important notes

For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, the special booking cancellation refund policy for long-term stays (Long term firm) applies instead of the host's standard refund policy.

The cleaning fee is not refundable after check-in.

The service fee is not refundable after check-in or check-in time.

When service fees are refundable, they are refunded at the same rate as defined in the accommodation refund policy.

The booking time is based on the final confirmation time, not the guest's booking request time.

The time and date applied to the refund policy are based on Korean Standard Time.

Reservation cancellations due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters may be eligible for refund regardless of the refund policy.

① 3rd floor without elevator (can be dragged up)

② This building is completely non-smoking. Fire alarms are activated when smoking. (KRW 300,000 penalty added)

③ Parking is not allowed. Please use the nearby public parking lot.

④ Unable to enter with companion animal

⑤ Please wash the dishes after using the kitchen

⑥ Visitors other than the number of reservations are restricted. (CCTV is installed outside the accommodation to check safety and number of people. *Exit due to violation of the rules of use is not refundable.) - It is considered to be one person for more than 12 months.

⑦ Additional amounts will be incurred in case of bed and bedding stains, so please eat food at the table.

⑧ We are not responsible for safety accidents and loss/damage of valuables due to guest carelessness.

* Please be aware of loud noises after 10 p.m.!

* Take off your shoes and make sure to wear indoor shoes. (No wearing indoor shoes outdoors.)

*Reparation costs will be incurred in the event of damage, contamination, or loss that has been confirmed since the check-out.
