Guesthouse Description

The guesthouse features 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Bedroom 1 has one queen-size bed, while Bedroom 2 is equipped with one queen-size bed and one super single bed.

Amenities include a portable smart (Google) TV, Marshall speaker, 2 air purifiers, air conditioning, a handheld steamer, hair dryer, and flat iron.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, capsule coffee machine, milk frother, refrigerator, and basic dishes and cookware, allowing for light cooking.

A dining table with seating for 4 people is provided.

Guests can enjoy music freely, and there are various photo spots available throughout the space.

For security, CCTV is installed at the entrance, ensuring guests a safe stay. Guests can also enter and exit freely using a digital door lock.

The guesthouse is located just 1 minute away from a coin laundry, convenience store, Daiso, Shinhan Bank, cafés, and various restaurants and snack shops, providing easy access to all the essentials.

The guesthouse offers a shared rooftop space of approximately 66㎡, which is freely accessible to all guests.

Room 101 and room 301 have one bed in each room. Room 102, 201, and 202 have two beds in one room. The other room is where you can relax.

Our guesthouse is located within 150m of Noryangjin Station in a straight line. There are no hills on the way to the guesthouse.

There is a convenience store market and a Korean buffet (a fee of $6 per use) within 20 m of the guest house. The convenience store is open 24 hours a day. Korean buffet is available from 6 a.m.

Within 50m of the guesthouse, there is a large chain store market called Daiso. And then there's the bank. And there are a lot of restaurants because there is a food street. On the Food Street, there is a PC room, karaoke room, and cartoon room. These are Korean style play culture.

There are many young people living in Noryangjin. So Noryangjin is very cheap to eat and rent. Noryangjin is a place where tradition and modernity co-exist. In our guest house, you can experience the daily life of Korea

※ Noryangjin is located in the center of Seoul on the map. Subway lines 1 and 9 pass through Noryangjin Station. You can easily go anywhere.

If you go one subway stop from Noryangjin Station, you will find Yeouido Station. Yeouido is the center of Korea's finance. It's similar to Wall Street in the United States.

Yeouido has a dome-shaped National Assembly building and there are IFC Mall and Hyundai Department Store, so it is convenient to shop.

From Incheon Airport Terminal 1, take the Airport Railroad (AREX) to Gimpo Airport Station, which takes about 30-40 minutes. Upon arrival at Gimpo Airport, transfer to Line 9.

It will take approximately 1minutes to walk to the Line 9 platform. Once there, board the express train, and you will arrive at Noryangjin Station in about 20 minutes.

The total travel time is around 60-70 minutes, and there are elevators and escalators available during the transfer for your convenience.

The guesthouse is located about 150 meters from Exit 3-1 and Exit 3 of Noryangjin Station on Line 9. The walk is on flat ground and takes about 3-5 minutes by foot.

Guests are required to remove their shoes indoors.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

Guests are free to smoke on the rooftop.

The stairs leading to the rooftop may be dangerous for children and the elderly.

The kitchen is for light cooking only, and strong-smelling foods such as barbecue or fish are not allowed.

Hair dyeing is not permitted inside the guesthouse, and if there is any damage or staining to the bedding, air covers can be requested.

In Korea, trash must be separated for recycling. Detailed instructions will be provided upon check-in.

Parking is not available at the guesthouse, but there are nearby paid public and private parking lots. Information will be provided in advance if needed.

The Hyundai Department Store is just one stop away on the express line of Subway Line 9. Nearby attractions include the Hangang Park, Noryangjin Fish Market, and Nodeul Island, making it convenient for sightseeing.

Noryangjin Station is an express stop on Line 9, providing fast and easy access to Gimpo and Incheon airports, as well as quick transit to Gangnam.
