- A House is located near Noryangjin Subway Station and positioned in the heart of the commercial district of Noryangjin Subway Station.
- There are various restaurants, convenience stores, and entertainment facilities near the house.
- Noryangjin Subway Station, where the house is located, is in the center of Seoul with dual access to Lines 1 and 9.
- Guests can freely use the spacious Rooftop.
- Please note that the 1st floor has a semi-basement feel with 3 steps down.
Accommodation
- The house is 33m², with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a 2-person queen-size bed.
- The house is equipped with a portable smart (Google) TV, Marshall speaker, air purifier, air conditioner, iron, fan, hair dryer, and hair flat iron.
- The mini kitchen has an induction cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, basic dishes, and cooking utensils. Only simple cooking is possible.
- A table and chairs for 4 people are provided.
- You can freely listen to music and various photo zones are prepared.
- CCTV is installed at the house entrance for safety. Guests can freely enter and exit using the smart door lock.
- Within a 1-minute walk from the accommodation, there are coin laundromats, convenience stores, Daiso, Shinhan Bank, coffee shops, and various restaurants and snack bars all concentrated in one area.
Guest-Accessible Spaces/Facilities
- The accommodation has a shared Rooftop of approximately 66㎡. Any guest can freely use it.
- The Rooftop is equipped with chairs, tables, and a Bluetooth speaker. You can enjoy your trip while listening to music.
Other Important Notes
- Guests must remove shoes indoors.
- No smoking inside the house.
- Smoking is freely allowed on the Rooftop.
- The stairs to the Rooftop may be dangerous for children and elderly guests.
- The kitchen is for simple cooking only. Strong-smelling dishes like barbecue or fish are not permitted.
- Hair dyeing is not allowed in the house. If bedding or other items are damaged or stained, you can file an Aircover claim.
- South Korea requires garbage separation. Detailed instructions will be provided upon check-in.
- The house does not have parking. Nearby paid public and private parking lots are available. If needed, we will provide guidance in advance.
- The Hyundai Department Store is one express stop away on Subway Line 9. Hangang Park, Noryangjin Fisheries Market, and Nodeul Island are nearby, making it convenient to travel to tourist attractions.
- Noryangjin Station is an express stop on Line 9, allowing quick and easy access to Gimpo Airport and Incheon Airport. Travel to Gangnam is also quick.

Excellent! Please come again next time!
First, the location is really close to the subway station, especially highly recommended for friends going to see concerts at the Olympic venue. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The house has two bedrooms, which is very convenient for friends traveling together and provides separate spaces to rest. The only downside is that the room on the first floor facing the street can be quite noisy with loud traffic sounds passing by, but if you don't mind noise, it's not a problem. After coming back from the concert exhausted, once you fall asleep, you can't hear any sounds at all. The host is exceptionally nice and came out to greet us. Knowing we were there to see Kim Jae-joong and Kim Joon-soo's concert, they even searched for their songs on YouTube in the house for us, haha. Overall, it was wonderful, and we'll definitely come back next time!
The location is very easy to find and very close to the subway. I came to Korea for a concert this time, and Line 9 goes directly to KSPO. The host is also very nice, very warm and friendly. Highly recommended!
