Please be quiet after 10 PM. Loud noises, music, parties, etc. that may disturb your neighbors are strictly prohibited. If you violate the rules, you may be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. ?No smoking? Smoking is prohibited indoors. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. ?No pets allowed? Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. ?Cleanliness? Please wash dishes and separate trash before checking out. ?Respect the number of guests in the reservation (important!)? No outsiders other than the number of guests in the reservation are allowed. Visitors are also included in the additional guests, so please let us know in advance if you plan to visit. ?Use of the washing machine? The washing machine is located in a separate laundry room and is only available for long-term stays of 5 days or more. ?Use of the kitchen? Do not cook food with strong smells (e.g. fish, strong spices). When cooking, please open the kitchen window to ventilate. If the accommodation smells, additional cleaning fees may be charged. ? Damage and breakage? Please notify the host immediately if the facility is damaged. Damage due to negligence may incur additional fees. ? Information on building characteristics and bugs? The accommodation is a built-in building, so we have disinfected it, but bugs may occasionally appear. Refunds are not possible due to this. Thank you for your understanding. ? Prohibited matters?
