-The space cannot be used for parties or events.
-Please keep noise levels down after 9 PM as the property is in a residential area.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and within 10 meters of the house.
-BBQs, grilling fish, or any cooking that produces strong odors is not allowed.
-Please make sure to separate your trash for recycling.
-Parking is not available. Please use a nearby public parking lot.
