1. Worked on it for nearly a year. Filled it all with new ones.
- I was thinking about the carrot market (used goods) while setting up the accommodations like other places. However, to show the cleanliness and modernity of "Leo House," I bought and installed all the facilities and products as new.

2. We aim for the cleanest and cosiest spaces in Songpa, Jamsil, and Songridan-gil.
- It may not be perfect, but I want to remain the cleanest and most comfortable place in the customers' memory.
- Leo and his family live 10 minutes away from their accommodation. They do their best to take care of them.
3. We considered all the inconveniences of Leo's family traveling.
- Even small details such as furniture arrangement, space composition, and home appliances were designed from the guest's point of view.
4. Songridan-gil, Han River, Lotte Tower, Lotte Mall, Seokchon Lake, Olympic Park, subway station.
- There is no better place to enjoy Jamsil, the center of Seoul. (except Lotte Signiel ^^)

The location was close to Seokchon Station, and I was satisfied because there were many delicious restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby!!
The accommodation seemed to be maintained very cleanly, and it smelled wonderful! The bathroom has a stepped structure, so I recommend checking the photos before making a reservation!

This is the best value-for-money accommodation located on Songri-dan Street. For our family, who prioritizes cleanliness as the top criterion when choosing a place to stay, this accommodation had absolutely no shortcomings. The furniture and décor throughout the space reflect the host's excellent taste, and the impeccable cleanliness—so pristine we were almost hesitant to disturb it—made our family feel wonderful throughout our stay. The host's quick responses and reasonable pricing are also among the great advantages of this accommodation. These were another reason why this trip left us with such pleasant memories. We would definitely love to stay here again next time.
