? 주택가에 위치하여 이웃 세대의 생활 소음이 들릴 수 있으니 양해 부탁드립니다.
? 숙소 내 모든 구역은 금연구역 입니다. 흡연 시 과태료가 10만원 부과되며, 개선되지 않을 경우 퇴실 요청을 받을 수 있으니 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. Living room shoes are provided in the shoe cabinet that you can see right when you open the door to the accommodation. If you see any signs of wearing shoes or slippers, a cleaning fee of 50,000 won may be charged.

2. Please be especially careful about noise before 7 a.m. or after 9 p.m. Complaints may be filed, and if the problem is not resolved, you may be asked to leave, so please be careful.

3. Since it is located in a residential area, you may hear noise from neighboring households, so please understand.

4. All areas of the accommodation are non-smoking areas. A fine of 100,000 won will be charged for smoking, and if the problem is not resolved, you may be asked to leave, so please be careful.

5. Only those who have made a reservation in advance may enter. If the number of people exceeds the number of people, you may be asked to leave without a refund, so please be careful.

6. Pets are not allowed.

7. For the next guest, grilling meat with a lot of oil, cooking fish with strong odors, or cooking spicy fish stew is not allowed. Please maintain cleanliness. Additional cleaning fees may be charged.

8. Be careful not to let food, cosmetics or foreign substances get on bedding, carpets, curtains, wallpaper, etc. If stains cannot be removed by washing, separate compensation costs may be charged.

10. Do not throw anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. If it becomes clogged due to carelessness, a repair fee of 50,000 won may be charged.
