Although it's a semi-basement, it's clean and comfortable. Seonjeongneung Station, a 7-minute walk away, is a transfer station for Line 9 and the Suin-Bundang Line, making it convenient for getting around. With 3 beds, it's recommended for families. WiFi works great and the TV reception is excellent. The host is very kind.

The unit was very clean.
The host person - Jongpil Park was super nice, answered my questions very quick.
I wish the description mentioned two of the beds only had mattress and stairs accessed to bathroom.

It was very convenient because it was easy to access and there was a convenience store nearby. It was nice to be able to contact the host during my stay!

It was a warm and clean accommodation. It felt like I was in a new house. I was able to stay there thanks to the kind host. I want to use it again next time.

The staff was quick to respond. There were plenty of towels, and most importantly, the heating was so warm. I made good memories with my friends. It was clean and cozy. I would like to use it again if I have the chance next time. ??????
