Located in Seochon, the village of literati, the first Cocooner here starts with [The Writer's Room]. Enjoy the dreams you have had in your safe and secluded cocoon, away from the outside world. Take the time to have conversations with dear ones that were left unfinished, and write down one or two lines of forgotten emotions.

This was a beautiful place to stay at! The host is so thoughtful, and the space is full of small details that make the experience comfortable and enjoyable. Will definitely come again!
It was great ㅠㅠ A place I'd like to visit again next time
I could feel Cokun's thoughtfulness and warmth in every detail of the interior and décor, so I had such a pleasant stay throughout~
The location of the accommodation is quiet and feels independent, so I felt like I was able to heal so much from my busy daily life. I definitely want to come back next time!!
The accommodation was just as cozy and comfortable as shown in the photos..! I'm sad that I could only stay for one night, so I'm planning to come back another season to enjoy Seochon. Even though I'm on foot, it's a rare location right in the heart of Seochon yet very quiet and private to enjoy. I've been going through a tough time with work lately, and I'm returning to my daily life feeling comfortable and at ease after staying in this thoughtfully designed accommodation.

1 Check-in time at Cocooner is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please adhere to the check-out time for smooth room maintenance. (Early check-in and late check-out are not allowed.)
2 Please use the password provided for the entrance. When going out, please be sure to lock the door. We are not responsible for theft due to negligence.
3 The maximum occupancy at Cocooner is 2 persons. Entry and stay of visitors beyond the reserved number of guests are not allowed, and guests are responsible for any consequences.
4 The entire accommodation is non-smoking.
5 Please clean and organize the utensils and dishes you have used.
6 If you have any inquiries during your stay, please contact the host, and we will assist you.
7 Compensation may be requested for damages or losses of facilities and utensils within the accommodation. Please especially take care to prevent contamination of furniture with food or drinks.
8 Please separate general waste from recyclable waste. Please take away remaining food ingredients or collect them as food waste.
9 We contract with a pest control company for professional pest control, but please understand that insects or pests may enter due to the surrounding environment. Refunds due to this reason during the stay are not possible.
10 Pets are not allowed to ensure a pleasant room environment.
11 Please do not flush items such as wet wipes, feminine hygiene products, hair, or food other than toilet paper down the toilet. If the pipes are blocked due to these reasons, compensation may be claimed.
12 Cocooner does not have a designated parking lot. Please use nearby public parking facilities.
13 Commercial filming without prior arrangement is not allowed.
14 Please be cautious when going up and down the attic stairs as they are steep.
