This accommodation is located in the best location for easy access to shopping, performances, concerts, soccer games, and other things to see and do, as well as the crowded Hongdae, Hapjeong-dong, Yeonnam-dong, Mangwon-dong, Sangam World Cup Stadium, Haneul Park, and Mangwon Hangang Riverside. This is a newly opened lodging where the entire house was remodeled in June 2024. With the help of my two daughters, who are majoring in art, and my husband, who is deeply versed in architecture, we created the best resting space. The accommodation is neat and cleanㅎㅎ As soon as I entered, a good scent greeted me. The indirect lighting was luxuriously pretty and it was completely fully equipped, so there was nothing missing :) There were 3 beds in 2 rooms!! I used the space leisurelyㅎㅎ There was a spacious table and cooking utensils in the kitchen, so it was perfect for having tea time or ordering delivery. The furniture was really pretty and comfortable! There was a TV and a beam projector in the living room, so it was nice to enjoy it to my liking. Transportation was convenient, and although it was an accommodation in the city center, it wasn't too crowded, so I slept quietly at night. Also, if you go out a little, there are many things to do in Yeonam, Mangwon, and Hongdae, so it was convenient???? They answered my questions right away, so I was so grateful! The location was good, and the facilities were good, so it was a very satisfying stay❤️ I want to stay long-term☺️

The place was spacious and clean, and our host had taken care of all our basic needs like toothbrushes, free snacks in the fridge and coffee. Although it’s a bit of a climb up to get there if walking from the bus stop, we felt for the price and the quality of the place it was well worth it! Would definitely recommend!
