저희 숙소는 홍대 거리와 매우 가깝고, 홍익대학교 바로 옆에 위치하여 조용하고 편안하게 머무실 수 있습니다.
저희 숙소는 건물의 3층 전체를 단독 사용합니다. 넓은 거실과 넓은 방에서 쾌적한 시간을 보내보세요. (엘리베이터가 없습니다. 계단의 높이는 2층 정도 됩니다.)
저희 숙소는 정부의 허가를 받은 합법 숙소로, 화재감지기 및 소화기 등의 소방시설을 갖추고 있어 안전하게 머무실 수 있습니다.

⚠️숙소 이용 주의사항
1. 보안을 위해 현관 밖 CCTV가 설치되어 있습니다.
2. 매일 침구 세탁 및 소독을 실시하고 있습니다. 침구류 및 러그의 과도한 오염을 주의해주세요.
3. 숙소의 기물 및 식기, 타일 등의 파손을 주의해 주세요.
4. 숙소 전체 금연 구역입니다. 흡연은 밖에서 해주세요.
5. 실내에서는 신발을 벗어주세요.
6. 반려동물의 출입은 불가합니다.
7. 취사 시 반드시 문을 열고 환기를 시켜주세요. 냄새가 너무 많이 나는 고기구이, 생선구이는 불가합니다.
8. 음식물쓰레기는 제공되는 봉투를 이용해주세요. 싱크대 하수구나 변기에 버리시면 배수관이 막힙니다.
9. 쓰레기는 반드시 분리수거를 해주세요.
10. 식기류 사용 후에는 설거지를 해주세요.

First of all, thank you for preparing coffee, cups, bowls, toothbrushes, etc. in advance as they are better than my house and the number of people booked inside.
The dryer, TV, outlet, adapter, heater, etc. were really well prepared inside, so I had a really comfortable time.
The instructions were well prepared inside, so I was able to get along well and organize things according to the instructions even if I didn't have to worry about asking various questions.
In addition, the See You convenience store was a 1-minute walk away, making it a convenient location.
I can't believe I can enjoy it so well in the middle of the city. I'll come again.

I think it's the best Airbnb-type accommodation ☺️
The host's sense is really great~ I was really impressed that the items I needed were placed in the right places whenever I felt I needed them while staying at the accommodation.
Each room is well maintained and the products used are of good quality. Indirect lighting stands were in each room, in the living room and in the kitchen, so when I returned after going out, the lights on the stands were soft and the area around the accommodation was a quiet alley, so I felt at home every day. The bedding and pillows were well maintained, and the house itself was a bit old, but it was evident that every nook and cranny was carefully maintained. The cleaning conditions were excellent and there was an ilimachine, so I drank delicious coffee every day. There are two large convenience stores right in the alley and a cafe, restaurant, and Olive Young 3 minutes away. Even though it is conveniently located near a university town, it is really quiet and there is no risk. This is my first time using the accommodation with a grateful heart. Since I live abroad, I come to Korea occasionally. Is this your first time seeing an accommodation that is as cozy as home and has everything you need as if it were your own home?Even when I checked out, I tried to organize it as much as possible. It was such a great accommodation that we wanted to show our sincerity. We plan to use it again next time we get the chance. Host, are you thriving?
