Lazy House is a clean and cozy space in downtown Seoul.

You can be as lazy as you like here and have a good time :)

Travelers to Seoul, business visitors, anyone is welcome!

It has everything a guest needs.

The accommodation was recently remodeled, so the bedroom, living room, and bathroom all have clean, white interiors.

We are doing our best to ensure that our guests can sleep comfortably throughout their trip.

It’s in a great location for traveling anywhere in Seoul.

Seolleung Station (Line 9) and Seolleung Station (Line 2) are close by, making transportation within Seoul very convenient.

You can get to COEX in 10 minutes.

It is even close to the Suin Bundang Line double station, so you can quickly get to Apgujeong Rodeo, Seongsu-dong, and Wangsimni.

You can also go to Myeongdong and Hongdae in 30 minutes.

The area around the accommodation is clean and convenient as there are restaurants, convenience stores, and self-laundry rooms.

Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet, so you can sleep comfortably.

Other precautions ##

-This is a clean accommodation that was recently remodeled in white.

-Although it is semi-basement, the inside of the accommodation is quite clean, well-lit, and the windows are large, so it doesn't feel stuffy at all.

-Smoking is absolutely prohibited indoors (additional costs will apply if caught).

-Please separate food waste, general waste, and recyclable waste into the trash cans provided indoors.

Fees may be charged for damage or contamination of appliances, bedding, curtains, and accommodation equipment within the accommodation.

-Parking inside the building is difficult, so please use the public parking lot at the Gangnam-gu Dementia Relief Center.
