It's a quiet residential area, no partying and no-noise time zone after 10pm. Please be strict!
CCTV is installed outside the accommodation for noise and safety.
Nearby, there is Hongdae Youth Street, and there are many universities nearby, and natural ecological parks such as Haneul Park and Mangwon Hangang Park are located.
Seoul tourist attractions include Gyeongbokgung Palace, Dongdaemun Market, Namsan Seoul Tower, Yongsan National Museum, Jamsil Lotte World, Noryangjin Fish Market, Yangjae Flower Market, and Cheongnyangni Fruit Market.
If you want to enjoy hiking, there are Bukhansan Mountain, Gwanaksan Mountain, and Guryongsan Mountain.
Enjoy Han River ramen and beer that Koreans enjoy at the Han River.
Please take off your shoes at the accommodation during the stay.

It was close to Hongdae, clean, and pretty! It had a pleasant scent the whole time I was there, and it had most of the necessary items, so I didn't feel like I was lacking anything. The owner was very kind and responded quickly, so I was able to finish the check-out feeling good. ㅎㅎ
Really enjoyed our stay in Seoul’s at Jane’s place. A lovely air BnB, which is located around amazing and trendy coffee shops and bars. Would highly recommend this place.
The accommodation was such a nice place. Walking distance to Hong-Dea and a nice neighbourhood. The place self was really clean and specious. Jane was really nice and responded fast. I really recommend the place. We had a really nice and wonderfull time.
The apartment is really nice, and is full of cute small details. Jane is an amazing host! She was always ready to answer any of our questions and helped us a lot.
The neighborhood is really good, a lot of cute coffee shops and brunch cafes, also there’s a nice park not too far from this place. It’s also not far from subway stations, so we could easily go to the city center.
I visited for the first time in a long time on a business trip. Jane was still kind. The new consideration of installing an electric mat on your bed for cold weather was also good. The streets around Hongik University were so beautiful. I would like to visit Korea again next time.
