Dodam Stay is located in the vicinity of Cho Station, a 1-minute walk from Shinpung Station on Subway Line 7, and is a semi-basement two-room multi-family house equipped with a bedroom, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. Dodam Stay provides a pleasant environment with a modern and comfortable interior. - 500Mbps Wi-Fi is provided and you can watch Netflix on the large 50-inch TV. - A queen-size bed, hotel-style bedding, and towels are provided, and each room has air conditioning, so you can relax comfortably. - We provide a safe environment by installing fire extinguishers, automatic diffusion fire extinguishers, and individual alarms. - Complimentary bottled water and various tea bags are provided per person. Around Dodam Stay, there are small cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores that are easily accessible. Using convenient public transportation, you can easily travel to Yeouido and outlet shopping spots such as Gasan Digital Complex, Gangnam, Hongdae, and Myeongdong. Have a nice trip with Dodam Stay!

After the wedding at the Venubian Wedding Hall in Sinpung Station and the after-party, I was looking for a place to stay and found Dodam Stay. I stayed there for one night. It was close to the station and the interior was clean and cozy, so I loved the cozy atmosphere!

Find the blue front gate and open it, and you'll see the inner door right under the stairs. Please lock the front gate and enter. Also, there's a small door open in the bathroom—please close it right away when you check in. After staying one night and waking up in the morning, I noticed that since it's a semi-basement, all the noise from the unit above was transmitted down. Other than that, it was clean, spacious, and warm, and I had a deep sleep for the first time in a while. Great value for money.

Seoul is crazy these days with prices being no joke, but at this price point, a accommodation with this quality is something I'd want to visit anytime ❤️ The interior of the space is even more spacious and comfortable than it appears. When you look around different corners of the home, you can really feel the host's attention to detail ✨ Wishing you continued success, and I hope to see you again next time ㅎㅎ

The furniture and all fixtures provided at Dodam Stay are valuable assets of Dodam Stay and are often difficult to obtain again. Please note that you will be charged a fee if it is damaged, contaminated, or lost. 4. Entry and visitation other than the number of people reserved (maximum 2 people) is prohibited, and pets are not allowed. Use by minors is prohibited. 5. All spaces within Dodam Stay are non-smoking areas. (Including electronic cigarettes, an additional fee of 200,000 won will be charged for smoking.) 6. When checking out, please wash dishes and organize supplies for the next guest. 7. Sort and dispose of recyclable waste such as cans, bottles, and food scraps. 8. Dodam Stay signed a contract with Care One and installed terminix traps, which are harmless to the human body, throughout the interior to control pests. To ensure continued effectiveness, please do not move or discard the trap location. 9. We are not responsible for loss of valuables. In case of an accident caused by the user's negligence, all responsibility lies with the user. 10. Please observe the check-in and check-out times of 15:00 and 11:00. The door password and check-in instructions will be sent to the reservation holder via Airbnb message one day prior to check-in. In case of late check-out, an additional fee of 10,000 won per 30 minutes will be charged.
