hello. It is a bright and clean house facing south, located 1 minute away from Jangji Station. It is a precious space decorated by a daughter and a father who love interior design. Transportation is convenient and there are convenient facilities such as Garden Five, E-Mart, department store, and movie theater nearby, all within walking distance. Very suitable for short/long term stays. It is on the first floor, so there is no need to climb the stairs. It has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The terrace has a washer dryer and iron. Kitchen utensils are provided for simple cooking. As it is a general residential area, parties and smoking are prohibited to avoid harm to the people around you.

The property is well suited for longer stays due to its convenient location and attention to detail. The spacious dining table for 6 people in the living room is useful for multi-purpose use, and the umbrellas provided are a great way to prepare for rainy days. Good access to major public transport provides convenience for exploring the city, and most of the amenities you need are well-equipped for a comfortable life. My worries about drying laundry were also resolved thanks to the season, so I was able to stay without any major inconvenience during my stay. The positive experience of the accommodation was satisfactory enough to make me wish to return.
From the day I arrived on my visit to Korea for the first time in a long time, they responded well to my questions during my hectic schedule due to the coldest weather. Above all, it was a neighborhood with good accessibility to everything, including transportation, shopping malls, restaurants, etc.! Next time I visit Korea again, I want to stay again!! Thank you!
