【The space】
This is accommodation in a newly built villa with pretty red brick on a hill overlooking old Heukseok (meaning black stone) neighborhood. Enjoy a relaxing space decorated in green them and biophilic style using natural wood.
- A residential space designed exclusively for guests on the 2nd floor of a 5-story villa.
- The 3rd and 4th floors are occupied by host families, and the 5th floor and rooftop are being prepared as shared spaces.
- It is safe as secured by digital door locks at the villa entrance, unit entrance, and each private bedroom.

- 4 private bedrooms, each room can be used by a single guest or up to 2 people.
- 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room in a common space, shared by all guests.
- A washing machine and dryer in unit, shared by all guests.

- A space more suitable for those who want to enjoy Korean culture and the local culture of Heukseok neighborhood while hanging out with the hosts and other guests.
- Located on a hill. If you are uncomfortable walking on inclined path, please consider it.
