조용할 수 없습니다. 밤늦게 소음을 내시는 분들이 꼭 있어요.
예민하신분들은 로비에 준비되어있는 이어플러그를 이용하시거나
일인실이 있는 다른숙소를 예약해주세요.

참고로 체크인시 보내드리는 안내문(한글, 영문 모두)에 절대 룸안에서 전화통화, 대화, 스피커 불가능하다고 안내해드립니다.
알람도 꺼주셔야 합니다. 룸 문에 베드안에 안내되어있습니다.

때로 밤늦게 로비에서 대화하거나 통화하거나 업무를 보시는 손님들이 있습니다.
크게 시끄럽지 않다면 제지하지 않습니다. (예약시 참고해주세요)
소음관리는 밤12시~06시까지만 합니다.
밤늦게 체크인하셔서 씻고 드라이 이용하시는 분들이 너무 많으셔서요.
12시까지는 제지하지 않습니다.
물론 아침에도 일찍 씻고 화장하고 식사하시는 손님들이 많아요.
학생분들 출장 오신 분들 여행을 일찍 시작하시는 분들이 많아요.
특히 K-POP 팬분들이 많이 이용하시기 때문에 콘서트가 있는 날은 더 늦게 들어오기도 하고
분위기가 매우 들떠있습니다.

참고로 어제 불편하시다는 메세지를 받고 객실내에서 전화통화를 하시길래 주의를 드렸고
밖에서 통화하셨어요.
혹시 몰라 김다연님께는 객실 변경을 해드린다고 했는데 괜찮다고 하셨습니다.
솔직히 그 손님이 오래 통화하신건 사실입니다. 불편하셨을 수도 있습니다.
12시 넘어서 계속 통화하시길래 조용히 해달라고 요청드렸었고
그 후에 객실로 들어가셨습니다.
또한 다음날 같은 룸 다른 손님들께 확인해보니 괜찮다고 잘 주무셨다고 들었습니다.
저도 새벽 한시가 넘어서까지 장문의 컴플레인을 계속 받고 너무 힘들었어요.

저희는 최대한 모든 시설과 침구를 깨끗하게 관리하려 노력하고 있습니다.

우리는 영세한 게스트하우스로 24시간 리셉션에 직원이 상주하는 호텔과는 다릅니다.

1박 2박 예약 등의 단기 숙박객은 높은 베드로 배정될 가능성이 큽니다.
장기 숙박객이 낮은 베드를 이미 이용하고 있을겁니다.

저희는 외국인 도시 민박으로
내국인은 위홈을 통해서 하루 2~3명만 이용하고 있습니다.
거의 90퍼센트가 외국인입니다.
국적도 매우 다양합니다.

hello. This is Philstay. Philstay is not quiet. Please refer to this when making a reservation. Even if all guests follow the rules, it cannot be quiet due to the nature of a multi-room guesthouse. There are definitely people who make noise late at night. If you are sensitive, please use the ear plugs provided in the lobby or reserve another accommodation with a single room. Please note that the notice (both Korean and English) sent upon check-in informs you that phone calls, conversations, and speakers are absolutely not allowed in the room. You should also turn off the alarm. Information on the bed is provided on the room door. Because it is a space shared by people from all over the world, there are sometimes guests who talk, call, or work in the lobby late at night. If it's not too loud, I won't stop you. (Please refer to this when making a reservation) Noise management is only available from 12:00 PM to 06:00 PM. There are so many people who check in late at night to wash and dry. We will not stop you until 12 o'clock. Of course, there are many customers who wash, put on makeup, and eat early in the morning. There are many students and business travelers who start their trip early. In particular, since a lot of K-POP fans use it, they come in later on concert days and the atmosphere is very excited. For your information, I received a message yesterday saying that you were inconvenienced, and I warned you that you were talking on the phone inside the room, so I called you outside. Just in case, I told Da-yeon Kim that I would change the room, and she said it was okay. Honestly, it is true that the customer spoke for a long time. You may have felt uncomfortable. Since he kept talking on the phone after 12 o'clock, I asked him to be quiet and then went into his room. Also, the next day, I checked with other guests in the same room and heard that they were fine and that they had a good night's sleep. It was very difficult for me to keep receiving long complaints until past 1 a.m. Please refer to this when making a reservation. A guesthouse is a place that provides a place to sleep and wash at an affordable price. We try to keep all facilities and bedding as clean as possible. We provide free amenities essential for your stay, including towels, breakfast, and a washing machine, dryer, and iron. We are a small guesthouse, not like a hotel with a 24-hour reception staff. We manage everything with notices and messages. Sometimes you may encounter roommates who are not considerate of others. Short-term guests, such as reservations for 1 or 2 nights, are likely to be assigned a higher bed. Long-term guests may already be using the lower beds. We are a city bed and breakfast for foreigners, and only 2 to 3 Koreans use it per day through WeHome. Almost 90 percent are foreigners. Nationalities are also very diverse. Please make a reservation only if you are considerate of others. If you are interested in foreigners of various nationalities. If you are not sensitive and can sleep well under most noise, please make a reservation.
