[Sweet Memory#1] Hongdae Exit#3 5min Room&Rooftop
Our house is located a 5-minute walk from Hongik University station Exit#3, and a 1-minute walk from Yeontral Park. It is a detached building, the rooms have private kitchens and bathrooms, and the building has a nice rooftop. The nearby Yeontral Park is convenient with many sweet cafes and restaurants. This place is located in a quiet residential area, making it a quiet and comfortable space. Leave it as a page of sweet memories.

距離弘大站3號出口約5分鐘左右就可以抵達，比想像中的近很多！
沿途會經過GS25跟CU，麻浦烤腸跟豬肉名家等等餐廳也在附近非常方便。
房內空間也比想像的大，攤開29吋及25吋行李箱各一個也沒問題，床不會過軟或過硬很好睡。
缺點是這個房間位於2樓，需要扛著行李箱爬樓梯。
The host is very clear with instructions and friendly. He is flexible and understanding in times that confusion may be present. The room is clean. Aside from occasional noise, it’s quiet for the most part and the staff working are also friendly and willing to help as much as possible~
It’s a comfortable convenient room with everything you need, at a great quiet location. David was very nice in answering all my questions. The room was a little smaller than I imagined from the photos, but overall I still had a good stay.
Quiet neighborhood just a short walk from Hongdae and the station was very accessible! Second time staying at this location and it was great! First time was during the summer and the AC was very cool and second time during the winter and the heat was amazing ?! Would recommend for any season and again location is great and easily accessible to everything!
David was very clear with instructions and responsive. David was flexible with the check in and even offered other options as my flight landed earlier than expected. I will book David’s place again in the future as it is super quiet to get some rest and very secure.
