Sunny Itaewon Home with Terrace & Local Charm

Welcome to my cozy home in the heart of Yongsan, Seoul — more specifically, in the iconic neighborhood of Itaewon. Nestled in a peaceful residential area at the very center of Itaewon, this home is located on the top floor (technically the 3.5th floor) of a small apartment building Koreans often refer to as a “villa.” It’s quiet, full of light, and comes with a lovely private terrace.

This home is especially dear to me — I’ve lived here for four years and shared the space with around 30 guests from around the world. It’s full of memories and warmth.

There are two bedrooms:

• The larger room has two super single beds, a wardrobe, and a desk.

• The smaller room has one super single bed, a clothes rack, and a desk.

The bathroom features a rain showerhead, giving you a relaxing waterfall-like shower experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals comfortably.

When you open the door between the kitchen and the main room, you’ll step out onto a spacious terrace — perfect for sunbathing, yoga, or enjoying a quiet brunch.

There’s also a private laundry room with a washer and dryer, which you’re welcome to use free of charge.
