Moderate: Full refund (including fees) if canceled up to 5 days before check-in

If a guest cancels the reservation up to 5 days before check-in, they can receive a full refund including fees.
If the guest cancels the reservation at least 7 days but within 29 days before the check-in date, and the free cancellation period (24 hours) has already passed, 50% of the accommodation fee will be paid to the host. The service fee for that portion will be deducted from the amount paid to the host when refunded.
If they cancel after that, the host will receive the full payment for the nights already stayed plus one night, and 50% of the payment for the remaining nights.

Important notes

For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, the special booking cancellation refund policy for long-term stays (Long term firm) applies instead of the host's standard refund policy.

The cleaning fee is not refundable after check-in.

The service fee is not refundable after check-in or check-in time.

When service fees are refundable, they are refunded at the same rate as defined in the accommodation refund policy.

The booking time is based on the final confirmation time, not the guest's booking request time.

The time and date applied to the refund policy are based on Korean Standard Time.

Reservation cancellations due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters may be eligible for refund regardless of the refund policy.

✓ Occupancy - Only registered guests are permitted. Additional visitors are not allowed.

✓ No Parties - Party activities and party supplies are prohibited.

✓ No Smoking - All smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly forbidden indoors. (Violation will result in a ₩100,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction)

✓ Remove Shoes Indoors - Please remove your shoes inside. Indoor slippers are provided.

✓ No Pets - Animals are not permitted.

✓ Cooking Guidelines - Light cooking is welcome, but strong-smelling dishes (fish, BBQ, etc.) are not permitted.
