The property is located in a quiet residential building shared with long-term neighbors. Please follow the instructions below, and the first two in particular are very important.

I understand that moving your carrier on the stairs can be a bit uncomfortable. However, the hallway is not well soundproofed, so the sound of conversation or turning off the suitcase can be easily heard by other generations. Instead, after entering the accommodation, it is relatively well soundproofed, so you can laugh and talk comfortably.
• ? Indoors, use the provided slippers or lighten your footsteps.
The lower floor is occupied by a novelist. Very friendly neighbors, but I would appreciate it if you could avoid loud noises as much as possible, because I spend most of my time writing.

• Smoking is absolutely prohibited indoors.
• Please take off your shoes at the front door (this is a common culture in Korean families)
• Accommodation outside of the reserved number of people is not permitted
• Works of art, vintage furniture and props within the property are the host's personal collection, so please treat them with care
